Nike Sues Stockx Over Fake Shoe Sales on Platform πŸ‘Ÿ

Nike has filed a lawsuit against luxury goods marketplace StockX, alleging that fake Nike sneakers are being sold on the platform. We’ve said for a long time that Nike needs to get into some kind of platform business and suing StockX is not what I had in mind! I’m completely lost as to why Nike’s CEO (formely the CEO of eBay) is so hesitant to embrace some kind of network effects enabled business model.
