Why Elon Will Still Buy Twitter in the End! | Twitter Musk $44 Billion Deal Canceled?

Elon’s lawyers have cancelled the Twitter deal claiming that Twitter management refused to provide accurate data on Twitter’s mDAU (monetizable daily active usage or users). Twitter is now planning to sue Musk and force the $44 billion dollar Twitter deal to go through. A court date is set for October of 2022.

I think Musk’s claims around Twitter’s misleading bot/spam account numbers are founded and further more, if the numbers are as off as Musk claims, Twitter executives and board members should be on the line for fraud. While the current $44 billion deal is all but terminated, I think Musk may still end up buying Twitter at the end of all this. The price, deal terms, and timeline will just look very different.
