Tech Censorship: First U.S. Bill to Prevent Deplatforming

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed a bill that intends to protect “everyday Floridians” from being deplatfromed by big tech. The bill, SB 7072, leaves content platforms like Facebook and Twitter open to fines and lawsuits for unfairly suspending politicians, journalistic enterprises, and citizens. Alex discusses the new law and explains why he thinks this is a step in the correct direction.
