Should Big Tech M&A Activity Be Cut Off?

He discusses the mindset shift on growth that tech companies often experience when reaching a market cap of around $20 billion. He explains why, even if it doesn’t address all the common qualms around big tech, increased scrutiny and regulation around tech M&A activity in the U.S. is likely a good thing.
