Roblox IPO: $RBLX Listing is Live!.. and It’s Expensive!

Roblox, a social gaming platform where users play and create their own games, made it public debut on the NYSE Wednesday (03/10/21). The exchange set a $45 reference price for Roblox’s direct listing, a number that surged up to $70+ as Applico CEO Alex Moazed watched shares become available to investors. Alex recaps Roblox’s eventful path to being a public company and looks at some footage from the day of Roblox CEO David Baszucki aka “builderman” ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange and talking with CNBC.
