Peloton Acquires U.S. Fitness Manufacturer Precor

Peloton has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Precor, one of the largest global commercial fitness equipment providers with a significant U.S. manufacturing presence, in a transaction valued at $420 million. Alex discusses how this deal could help with some of Peloton’s recent delivery issues and how Precor could be an asset as the exercise/media company creates new connected exercise equipment products.
