Opendoor, an iBuyer online real estate company based in San Francisco, has completed their IPO via merger with SPAC Social Capital Hedosophia II and is now trading under the symbol $OPEN on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Alex discusses Opendoor’s business model, their path to go public via SPAC, and how the company has benefited during the COVID spurred economic shift.
