CoinDesk TV Shut Down: Why Did YouTube Ban then Reinstate Crypto News Channel CoinDesk?

Alex discusses the censoring and then reinstatement of popular cryptocurrency news organization CoinDesk’s YouTube channel Coindesk TV. Crypto focused channels have seen banning and censorship from YouTube for multiple years now with YouTube at times reinstating some channels citing “mistakenly” flagging content creators for violating platform terms. We talked to bitcoin pioneer Peter Saddington about having two of his channels banned by YouTube. Peter was not able to have the channel reinstated and lost an audience of over 150,000 subscribers.
