Amazon EU Antitrust Violations: I Think Regulators Might’ve Finally Caught Them!

European Union regulators have brought new antitrust charges against Amazon that call out the eCommerce giant for abusing its dual role as a marketplace operator and a seller offering competing goods on the platform. Alex details some of Amazon’s documented abuses of third-party sellers on the marketplace and explains how EU regulators have finally positioned this antitrust suit correctly (i.e. by looking at marketplace sellers as Amazon’s customers).
