Alex theorizes that this decline in first financings is directly attributed to the fact that there has not been a new mega development platform introduced in the past handful of years. He explains how the lack of a new mega development platform has slowed the influx of tech startups and ponders if centennials are more interested in being influencers than tech entrepreneurs.
