Telacom Giant AT&T has announced it will be spinning off Time Warner media in a new $130 billion entity, to be combined with Discovery Inc. and led by Discovery CEO David Zaslav. Alex discusses the blockbuster merger and breaks down why he saw the writing on the wall early for AT&T’s acquisitions of DirecTV and Time Warner.
