Applico CEO Alex Moazed Talks Platforms on Bloomberg Television

This past week, Bloomberg’s Cory Johnson interviewed Applico CEO Alex Moazed on Bloomberg TV. They discussed the future of the platform economy and why monopolies aren’t always a bad thing. 
While Cory tried to argue that monopolies take advantage of their customers, Alex explained why “modern monopolies” are different from the old-school monopolies like AT&T that Cory mentioned. Click here to watch the full video
Why Modern Monopolies are Good – Alex responds to Cory Johnson
During Appilco CEO Alex Moazed’s Bloomberg TV interview, host Cory Johnson’s unfamiliarity with modern monopolies led him to argue that, “Monopolies are bad because they stifle competition and therefore take advantage of their customers.”
