Culture of Innovation
Applico is the world’s first Platform Innovation company. We teach platform entrepreneurs how to design platforms & build network efforts in order to create the next generation of modern monopolies. Those entrepreneurs assume functional roles on the services side until they have the experience to launch their own startups. This is what we call an EIT (Entrepreneur in Training).
The role is very challenging & will require you to learn on your feet. You’ll learn the secrets behind today’s most successful startups – & then you’ll get to work with them. You will help launch & scale cutting-edge platforms for both new companies & successful startups, as well as Fortune 100 companies looking to innovate.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the people who wrote the book on platforms & apply your knowledge to solve problems for our clients. You will learn the how to structure platform businesses in order to scale them into modern monopolies that dominate existing markets & create entirely new ones. Your move.

Love What You Do
We’re dedicated to our work, and we’re proud of what we do. However, staying at the cutting edge isn’t easy. So we make sure our team has plenty of ways to unwind together during the week. We host weekly meditation and yoga sessions, and a new pool table and lively video game battles ensure that some friendly competition is always available.
Be Recognized
We're nationally recognized as industry and field-area experts. Our employees appear regularly on TV, in print and at industry events conferences. We know you work hard, so we work hard to make sure your expertise gets the recognition it deserves.
Our Values
Applico’s values are a key driver of our success. We believe that having the right people, who honor and live by these values, is what drives us to continue to innovate and help the world unlock the value that platforms create. Make fair trades, not sacrifices
